Daycare Services at The Ness Center PPW Program

Caring for Newborns

We prioritize the well-being of both mother and baby, ensuring immediate screening and monitoring in a safe hospital setting from the moment your baby is born. If necessary, we also provide any required detoxification to ensure the safety and health of your newborn.

Once your little one is cleared and ready, they are welcomed back to the comfort of the PPW house. We provide everything they need to thrive, from diapers and wipes to formula, bottles, and clothing. Knowing that our program covers every detail gives you peace of mind during this crucial time.

We understand that balancing therapy can be challenging and time-consuming, which is why we have developed a full-day nursery program to support your recovery journey. Our nursery provides a safe and nurturing environment for your child, allowing you to focus on your own well-being and healing process.

Nurturing Little Ones: Infants and Toddlers on their Journey

The daycare center, seamlessly integrated within the Ness Center’s Pregnant and Postpartum Women’s substance use and detox program, provides a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers during therapy hours. This allows mothers to attend appointments with peace of mind, knowing their children are well-cared for.

Upon completing appointments, mothers can conveniently pick up their child and return to the PPW House for a seamless transition that keeps them connected with their children throughout the program. Additionally, this smooth transition enables mothers to spend quality time with their children in the dedicated outdoor space at the PPW House. Equipped with amenities such as strollers, swings, and a walking area, mothers can engage in outdoor activities with their children while enjoying the fresh air.
